We recently came across this product and are now wondering how we managed without it in the past! These headspace gauge sets will allow you to determine the headspace on your .22 LR firearm. Seven gauges are included to indicate headspace from .046″ to .052″. Each gauge is marked with its size. Use these to check existing firearms, when installing prefit barrels or along with shims to fine-tune headspace to match your ammunition. Headspace gauges are made from stainless steel. The 3-D printed storage box is included.
Please note the storage box shape may vary from the one illustrated but the gauges are exactly the same!
NB. We are now offering these gauges in three ranges of headspace dimensions so please ensure you are ordering the set you require! This set is intended to increase the range of dimensions upwards from the original set. This will save you money if you already have the basic set from .039 to .045 but if you don’t have the basic set then you can save money by purchasing the complete set which covers the entire range of headspace dimensions available elsewhere on this site.
